I've produced a readable score with my usual annotation taken from FVE's handwritten score. It was a pig to do and left my 74 years old eyes like organ stops at the end but well worth the effort. I've also arranged a simplified version for those who might find the original a bit of a challenge. It's on pages 4-6 of the file and has replaced my previously posted arrangement....Steve.
