Laughing Water..1903..Ida Bierman

Despite its title, this is not an Indian intermezzo, popular at the time, but  a very tuneful rag. I've simplified it by stripping out most of the chords to produce a very playable banjo solo. Originally written in Bb, I've transposed it to G. The score and midi are in the library...Steve.

The water is laughing because she's about to take a sudden bath. Standing on the seat of a canoe...sheesh, artists. Probably saw one in a Sears catalog...
