The Flash Light..1909..Edwin Ellis & E.T.Paull

This is fairly typical of the grand marches published by E.T. Paull and is a very good example. The piano score was written in Eb, I've 'banjofied' it by setting it in G and arranging a very playable bass solo in the trio (plus repeat). Overall, not too challenging to play and is worth a try. the score and midi are in the library...Steve.

Excellent arrangement, Steve. I love these old circus marches. I found a neat video of this one.

Thanks Marc, the video was great and puts the tun into context. I'll probably have a look at some more of Paull's marches..Steve.
