Hi Folks,

If you're willing to donate to this site, please add your name and a maximum dollar amount you are willing to give.  Hopefully this will give Carl an accurate dollar count so that he'll know which plan to choose for us.

Thanks.

Should be up to at least $310 now - I've had to use Firefox to access the site rather IE.

Sorry this has been a headache, Carl - but your effort is appreciated!
Okay, all the paypal donations have been completed.

Hopefully all this hassle will be worth it. I know personally I just like being in semi-regular contact with all you classic banjoists.
Now we are paying for it, perhaps we will all try a little harder to add content. I will do my very best to post things which may be of interest.

Let's all really get the site buzzing :-)

It is good to be a shareholder !!! Perhaps we need "The T Shirt " next :-)

Speaking of the T shirt and such things I saw a funny sign on a mandolin case (or was it on a t shirt?) last week. Maybe others have seen it before but I hadn't. It said: " Not a banjo. Not that there's anything wrong with that...."

Just checking in to see if we as a group are going for the $500/yr plan? I had committed to giving up to $50 if we thought we could pay for the full plan but we've been at $310 for the past few days.

I'm willing to give an additional $30 (my first donation was $20) if there is interest/willingness in paying for the $500/year plan.

If I give another $30, that should bring us up to $340 ... Can we raise the other $160?

Or shall we stick with the $200/year plan and roll over the current $110 surplus into next year's dues?

After this weekend this topic will (thankfully!) be closed until next year ... Hoorah! :)
I just chipped in for $30, which brings it to $340 (unless that's Adam's $30 -- it's getting confusing!). I'm fine with using it for $500 this year or a head start on next year.

I chipped in the additional $30 I had pledged to give ... So we're now at $370! Woohoo!

If we don't make the $500 target, I'm also fine with the surplus rolling over.
Certainly. Just chipped in $30.
$70 away from $500 and the whole enchilada ... Somebody get Ian Bell from the Minstrel site to do a pledge drive video for us! :)
Also, I'll put $30 in...I tried but you can't "chip in" to your own account.

I know we talked about it before, but now that we have almost $500 we can choose between the "premium" and "economy" service.

I would prefer the "premium" service...I guess I'm just a first-class kind of guy (and I love watching and adding videos here)...but if some contributors would rather have the less expensive format, I will bow to the will of the group.
I'm a bit confused. Does the economy service not allow embedding youtube videos?
