I believe I recall a "Thoroughbred" tune of some sort (though I doubt it was related to Stewart's line, apart from the horse reference). There are a couple of "Silver Bell" tunes out there (Silver Bells, Silvery Bells, etc.) and who could forget the "Banjorett Schottische"?
Hmmm. There's "Paramount Rag" by James Scott and "Orpheum Rag" by Charles Frank...
"Ragtime Oriole"? "Oriole" was Gibson's bottom-of-the-barrel-sold-out-the-back-door line.
Perhaps we should write one: "Gibson's Revenge" or "Attack of the Killer Resonators" or something like that. ;-)
That would be "Thoroughbred" Hornpipe, by Thomas Armstrong published by Stewart. Quotes used in the title suggesting the banjo.
Here she is. It a fun little two part piece that they decided not to use repeats, I guess to fill the page.
