This march was written to celebrate the awarding of the Nobel peace Prize to Theodore Roosevelt for the part he played as mediator in the Russo-Japanese War (1904-05) and the subsequent Treaty of Portsmouth which ended the war. It's a lively 6/8 march with a nice bass solo. I couldn't find any information about the composer. The score and midi are in the library...Steve.

Interesting! I found two more "Peacemaker" marches out there. Another one dedicated to TR (with silly "Mikado and Russian" themes) and one that is more modern. I like this one best. Well done!

Thanks Marc, the composer still remains a mystery..Steve.
