I'm curious if this piece is wishful thinking or if it's possible. I haven't finished adding the fingerings yet, but the most difficult part is already fingered and has position markers.

At a glance, yes it's very much possible to play. But the notation is all over the place. The piece is really in 12/8, not 4/4 or 6/4. This eliminates the need to write everything as  triplets. The rule of thumb when it comes to notation is follow the most economical option (because there are theoretically an infinite number of ways to express something). Those big rolled chords with 5+ notes work great on piano but require clever shifting on the banjo, which means they will be played slower, which means you may as well write them out as arpeggios. There are also dynamic markings like mf pp f p < ff that don't really make sense in such quick succession.
