Clowne banjo rally

Does anyone know whether the Clowne Banjo rally will be happening this year?  It is usually in May, but I have not heard anything about it yet.  Any signs of life?

Good to hear from you again!

This year the Clowne Rally will be held on Saturday, 18th May at the usual time and place.

I will be posting full details shortly.

For those in the UK here are the details of the year's first Classic Banjo Rally.

The first Banjo event of this year will take place on Saturday, May 18th,
At The Clowne Community Centre, Villa Park,Recreation Close,
Clowne, Chesterfield S43 4PL.


Doors open at 12 noon and there will be continual Banjo playing from
Around 2pm until 4.30pm
Situated 10 minutes from M1, junction 30, the community centre is easy to find,
On the right of the main road. There is plenty of car parking space.
Refreshments are available all afternoon.
Tables are available for the display and selling of Banjos, music, ephemera etc.
