Requesting Help with Dates of Publication for Program Notes

Hello! I'm having my first big CD release concert for "Mozart of the Banjo" on 5 Jan, the programs go to print 2 Jan and I am in need of a lot of information... If anyone is able to provide dates of publication for the following pieces it would make my program notes complete! Thanks in advance for all your help. Here are the pieces:

Fun on the Wabash, by Parke Hunter

A Ragtime Episode, by Paul Eno

Cupid's Arrow was published in 1897 (A notation, self published, Paul Eno) and was "Written for and respectively dedicated to Master Frank Atkinson, Nashville Tenn.".

I do not know the year that the English plagiarized it.

Thanks Joel! Got any ideas for the rest of these pieces?

Ragtime Episode was originally published by Stewart & Bauer in 1899.  It continued to be published by Joseph W. Stern & Co. after George Bauer sold the music plates to them (part of his selling off and killing the SSS company so that he could take it over completely).

What is interesting is that the final strain was not in it.  I don't know when that was added or by who.

Here is the first version in A notation.

Sorry, with the English stuff I've got no clue.  I am sure someone can give an idea of when the JAT stuff was published based on number.  BMG announced pieces when they were available so you could work through all the issues on this website to find any published by CE.
