The big one (with an insane number of brackets) very likely has a hollow neck. The inlays appear to have piercings into the cavity. My Windsor #1 also has a hollow neck and "vented inlays". I love goofy stuff like this!

i also have a Windsor with a hollow neck ; there are supposed have been made by a "Cello " luthier ; a luthier who have the habbit to make cello " necks ; when the cello need to have a new fingerboard , steam is send in the hole to separate the fingerboard from the neck
I would love to play a hollow neck Windsor to find out how it sounds. I've never seen one except in photos.
