Frank Converse's Simplified Banjo Method

Has anybody scanned Frank Converse's Simplified Banjo Method Without the Aid of Notes (1879)?  I've been looking for this one but can't find it on the internet.

The article in the latest ABF "5-Stringer" references that there is only one copy known to exist and that copy is in the Library of Congress.
