Certainly sounds like Shuffle Along, announced as "American Jig", and it certainly isn't either Popcorn" or The "American Jig" Banjo #19. So, my faith in you is unshaken Mike, its just that as you say, the plot has thickened. Somebody will know......

If I remember correctly from the TBSnr tape, it was published with the ridiculous title of "Dig Dag".

David, I believe that was the "American March" recording which was later published as "Dig Dag". All very confusing!
