A bit more relaxed and up tempo after getting used to the idea of videotaping myself. Still working on getting up to speed.

Very nice performance, much livelier than the first and it nails the accentuation and foot-tapping rhythm very well. The tone you get from your banjo reminds me of the early Tarrant Bailey Jnr recordings on the Pathé newsreels -- nice and snappy.

Thanks Mike. The tone has a lot to do with two factors: an all metal kettle and using a totally unsuited vocal microphone :-)

Considering that Jean-Marie has only been playing Classic Style for a few months he has made remarkable progress. That is excellent playing and as Mike says, nice and snappy as CB should be.

Thank you for posting and get back to us soon after your operation. Steve Harrison is the site expert on knee operations, having had a few! He spent most of his recovery time playing and arranging for the banjo, so there will be no escape!
