While I don't have a copy of the banjo parts (I have the piano acc.), the ABF list shows they have it. It will be in A notation, of course. If you get a copy and need it transposed up to C notation, I'd be happy to oblige.

Carrie : Why not contact soloist Becky Schneider for the score?
She is a CB Ning member and also the ABF librarian. She likely has a copy in C notation and would be pleased to share with an ABF member.
