If you haven't seen it, Ed Britt has posted the announcement over on BHO:

I certainly am going, probably Friday and Saturday. I'll be sure to add a review for y'all afterwards.

So, Greg, Bob, anybody? Jim Bollman's tentative agenda mentions "jamming". What sort of jams are we talking about? Classic? Stroke? OT?

A pair of socks works well.
No, no, no. Volume and tonal control via inserted softgoods is called "stuffing". The proper address is: "I'm sorry, but could you please stuff your banjo? It is giving me a headache."

Jamming involves a decent sized plastic wading pool, a large quantity of strawberry jam and...
I think I might go, Marc. Hey, load your car up with a good size chunk of your collection, willya? The BH notice says everyone will get some display space. You can have mine and with yours put it next to Joel's Thimble Emporium, which is sure to be busy.

How would you feel about going in on a room there at the event hotel? I know it's expensive but if we roomed with Joel and maybe one other person, it would save alot of money and we'd be onsite.

Looks like they're be enough of us there to have some serious classic and minstrel sessions.
I just talked to Joel about sharing the room. I haven't done that in 30 yrs and, well, I'm just more comfortable with my own room. I do appreciate the offer though...

I'll bring a good part of my collection...and a pile of sheet music too.

Groovy. I'll brush up on my second part to Sunflower Dance and we'll be sure and play it. I've just about got Smokey Mokes where I can play it by memory, if you wanna brush up on the second part it would be fun. We'll play lots of Stewart, too. I can't wait to wade through your sheet music collection. Workshops are fun and all, but my favorite part is the playin', followed closely by the drinkin'.
