Is there a way to post my playing for critique?

I'm curious because I like to call myself a classic banjo player, but I'm not sure if I really have the technique down or not.

Record a video, upload to Youtube, come over to Classic Banjo Ning website and click on VIDEOS at the top of the homepage... click ADD+ and follow the instructions ;-)
