How to play rapidly repeated chords according to Grimshaw

Sorry for the double post, but I was playing some Farland and I found this interesting, he states " rapidly repeated chords should be played from the wrist and without any separate action of the fingers"

I'm not quite sure what he means by this. I know you're probably going to tell me to go back to Bradbury, but does Bradbury cover this?

Could I suggest that you watch the "How to play videos" in LEARN TO PLAY?

I give a few techniques here..including the "twist" of the wrist:

Thank you very much!
