This is another novelty tune by Felix Arndt.

He's taken bits of well known classical tunes and given them the ragtime treatment. His original arrangement was a little too long for the banjo so I've rearranged it into a shorter version.

In my arrangement I've kept the main theme of Dvorak's Humoresque and followed it with a Scherzo and  Polonaise by Chopin and part of Liszt's 2nd Rhapsody. It finishes with a few bars of Chopin's funeral march and then back to Humoresque for the Finale. There are several piano recordings of the full version available on You Tube.

The score and midi are in the library....Steve.

Ah, one of my favorites! Well done, Steve!

Thanks Marc, this one took a bit of sorting out, deciding which bits to keep and which to leave out. I think the end result has worked out OK. I've played through it quite a few times, there are a few tricky bars but overall it's quite playable...Steve.
