Here's another one. I've had this nearly complete for some time, just needed a bit of cleaning up. Having to sit here and listen for the workmen to finish installing a new HVAC, so...might as well do something!

This one really doesn't work as a solo. The maxxie/tango rhythm just falls apart without the 2nd Banjo part.

As far as I can tell, this was first published in Brazil around 1907...with a different composer's name...I think. I can't tell from the horrible scan of the original. Ernesto Nazareth is a much beloved Brazilian composer with something like 88 tangos under his belt.

mp3 file attached. Look for the full file set in the Library soon.

Hi Marc, I was looking into tango tunes and found this recording which you may already be familiar with: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w8HQmcogZ7w&t=72s  The German translation is: 'Olly Oakley may have played here (he is named on the B-side)' however, it doesn't sound like Olly to me and more plectrum or possible Fred Van Eps.  Then I found your post....I think you are right that it needs both parts.
