There is also a lovely Fairbanks banjeaurine up for auction but, coincidentally, I have located an 'SS Stewart Imperial' banjeaurine (with the help of Kevin Scott at Findajo)  - it should be with me by the weekend.   Exciting.

There are quite a few nice banjos in that auction...and the estimates are very low (at least I think so). Shipping would drive the costs up considerably and then there is the buyer's premium of 17.5%, plus a 3% "internet surcharge". Might as well figure on adding $50-$70 on every $100 bid.

Shouldn't have looked, but luckily I'm temporarily immune to B.A.S. since I just acquired a new one earlier today!  Somebody better rescue it.
