Negromance..(A Sand Shuffle).. 1891..Carl Lexhoizt aka Charles Astin

This is a well written tune with hints of syncopation which I suppose could put it in the category of an early rag/cakewalk.I have previously arranged and posted Coon Gine Baby and At An Ebony Funeral by the same composer. It was a pig to arrange for banjo, I've had to combine both piano RH and LH and rewrite/amend parts of it to get it all to work. It uses four keys i.e Bb,G min,G maj and E minor. I think the resulting arrangement works well on the banjo. This one is definitely worth trying and is a bit of a marathon four pages long...Steve.
