2. Measures 28-29 and 33-34, doubled notes would typically be interpreted as playing the same note on two different strings. In this case, it is totally clear from context which are the "melody" notes. If you want these brought out, better to put an accent mark on them.
3. The 1st ending at m.36 doesn't really lead back to m.24, melodically or harmonically. I'm not looking at the original, but it seems like that section is maybe short a measure.
1.) The D grace note is a giant quick leap. Admittedly it's spectacularly difficult to pull off at tempo, but my hands have adjusted to worse so I figured others could as well. It is necessary for the voice leading otherwise the lower voice comes out of nowhere. 2.) I notated it like the original, but musescore doesn't put them ontop of each other. 3.) Yes, I can adjust that a bit.
