'Banjoplayn' -- who are the two banjoists?

I feel I should recognise them... From a 1913 sketch in The Banjo World:

Three of the tune titles on the wings, are found in the entry for Parke Hunter in the Sheet Music Library, so maybe it is Mays and Hunter. I wonder if the zither banjos are significant.

Maybe it's Cammeyer and Oakley, especially given the zither banjos, as Ian notes. But to my eyes they don't obviously look like other photos I've seen of both.
