I can send you the ABF supplement tomorrow.  I do not know how accurate it is, I have found some the these Bill Talley settings to be problematic regarding mistakes. I have not checked it.

Okay, attempting to attach:

I expect I have TBJ's manuscript of this somewhere in the boxes. I have a file box full of handwritten lessons and manuscript that TBJ wrote out for Eli Kaufman who was taking lessons by mail, but given how protective someone is over TBJ's work, that will be for the next person that gets this stuff to scan.
