The beautiful tune was composed in 1911 by Cecil  Macklin , an English composer not very knowed .  Eric used to  play it  and i played the cello part , which was not easy , i can remember ; he always  had  “le chic “to find from somewhere  original & beautiful titles . Enjoy .;

n.b : I play on my CE “ new clipper “ , all original exept the Ludwig armrest , with a natural head  and  a bridge made by Steve Harisson ; Thanks Steve

Wow, excellent! A great arrangement of a ragtime classic which captures all the fun of the piece and an excellent, very spirited performance! Great tone from that banjo as well. 5*+++

Yikes! Another great tune, well played! I have tried that one (long time ago) from the score over on Bill Talley's "Banjo Jukebox" website. Bill's score begs a 2nd part...but none available.

Well done, Marc!

This is a fantastic piece for the banjo. The score is now in the Library for those who wish to try it. Marc has also supplied his piano arrangement to go with it !

Thanks ; this CE banjo has got a false Grover presto tailpiece made by CE or by a British Co ? i would like to know ; without doubt , it 's not the best tailpiece for CB but i try to keep the Bj original ; the false british presto looks solid & good  ; anyway i will never use original presto for  a steel string Bj ...........
