Only two months!!???   You have made amazing progress.   Excellent playing and tone. You make that Zither banjo sound just like it should

Thanks everyone! I’m sorry, I have played other instruments before. Just new to the banjo.

I’m still very clunky on chords, and some of the simple exercises in the method books trip me up. I needed to learn something to keep me motivated. This piece was listed in the “easy” section, so I gave it a try.

I have come to love the banjo pretty quickly. I’m really trying to be diligent and patient, and learn the instrument well. I’ve struggled with this issue of impatience, distraction, then quitting in frustration for most of my life. The banjo is a new opportunity for me to learn how to learn.
