Pretzel Pete

Performed by Chris Sands and Elias Sibley

Composed 1906 by Hampton Durand (1887-1964) and first recorded as a banjo solo by American virtuoso Vess L. Ossman in 1907, Pretzel Pete is a lively ragtime song and two-step featuring fragments of popular German melodies. It is arranged here as a banjo duet by Chris Sands.
