very very good , specially the fellow with the red shirt ;but ... all is in  the instrument ; gives a learner a VE  recording ' banjo , and he 'll play exactly like this

Marc is right,  I think that the handsome young man in the centre should give me his "easy to play"  banjo as I need all the help I can get :-)

This tune never fails to make me smile, and the playing came together seamlessly in this performance. Well done.
