Forgive my ignorance, but what does "Fingerings: F; C; Bb" mean? Are these the chord formations that are used in the piece?

Another great modern ragtime composer is David Thomas Roberts. I've tabbed out his "Roberto Clemente" but my arranging skills are pitiful.

Sorry , Adam ; it ' s my ignorance : " doigtés " in French ; always the same problem with ragtimes played on the solo banjo and the 2 or 3 notes chords ; it is difficult to go fast . I founded these pieces on the ragtime piano sites ; Tks , guys
