my wife likes the sound of my guitar and mandolin but not my banjo. so ive made the guitarjo.can practice anytime now. ive steve harrison octopus rag in tab ,its not all the same as dots , and some others arein my photos .

Hey Alan, Try muting your banjo and if the wife opens her mouth to complain, like mine often does... just stick a sock in it.

....  The banjo, I mean ;-)

I have the same problem with my dearly beloved regarding the banjo. As a peace maker, if it gets a bit too much for her, I have a piece of cork bottle stopper which I fit between the perch pole and the underside of the bridge and this makes a very effective mute allowing me complaint free practice time..A good job done with the tab for Octopus Rag, you have more patience than I do...Steve.
