Hi everyone, ive decided to order some Clifford Essex banjo strings. As usual, the choice is a lil confusing ! Can someone recommend which ones i should get please. I want nylon obviously, but which ones ??

But if you want a medium gauge, go for these:

The CE nylons are very good, though their 4th strings do seem to go dead rather quickly. I've tried their "luxury" Weaver 4th strings and they are excellent, though very pricey.

I like the CE gut strings. They're pricey but they sound great and they have a pretty long life.
