Steve’s latest arrangement is “Honey Moon Rag” by James Scott (1916)

 

This James Scott Ragtime composition is a real cracker. I think I like this most of all that Steve has arranged so far!

Thanks Ian, it is indeed a good piece of rag time. The original score was full of errors so I had to listen to some recordings and work them into the arrangement. As our late great English comedian Eric Morecambe once said "We're playing all the right notes but not necessarily in the right order!" This tune sounds good played as a 'slow drag'
