This takes place the first weekend in June in Sedalia, Mo. I just got off the phone with Clarke Buehling, who is a performer this year. Who'd like to have a banjo get-together at a great ragtime venue? We'd have until June to hone those chops and we could consult each other on tunes to work on and parts to assign. Could be big fun!!

Lots of great music there. I used to correspond with a sheet music vendor who went every year...she has one of the largest collections I've ever heard of. If it has "rag" in the title, she's probably got it. ...can't remember her name...Yvonne...? Lives in the same town my Dad was raised in...Jamestown,North Dakota. She always said that banjos fit that festival quite nicely.
Been too many years!
