Sapho Rag...A very Rare Rag now available for Classic Style Banjo

Steve has done it yet again with another Ragtime piece the Sapho Rag is described as:

An outstanding rag and a real barn-burner. It was also Robinson's first rag, published in 1909 by John Stark and reprinted in Jasen / Dover's Ragtime Gems folio."

It has some very interesting syncopation. This is yet another for me  to attempt to learn!!

Thank you Steve. We can all tell that you have plenty of time on your hands recovering after your accident!

The banjo score and a midi file are now in the MUSIC LIBRARY.

This is a delight. Reminds me somewhat of "Shovelfish Rag" in that it features some really interesting syncopation.

I need to send in "Shovelfish Rag", I tabbed it out from MS published in the ABF newsletter in the mid '60's.
