This is another well written example of ragtime music. In parts, I've incorporated the piano LH and RH into the arrangement. Little is known of the composer other than he was an itinerant musician who had 5 other tunes published, 3 of which were rags. There is another of my arrangements in the library of the same name which written in 1897 by Theo Northrop, both tunes are worth a listen. The score and midi are in the libarary...Steve.
