I found reference to this tune in one of the history of Ragtime web sites. It was published in 1892 and written by D.Emerson for banjo and 'jig' piano. I was unable to locate a score or find any info on Emerson but I did find a midi from which this arrangement was transcribed. There must be a score for this somewhere in banjo land so maybe someone out there could help. From its structure, it is obviously a banjo tune and not a bad one at that. The score and midi are in the library...Steve.
