Kaloola Dots

Does anyone have the Second Banjo part for Kaloola (by Weidt)?  I have found two specimens of the version published by Walter Jacobs that has both parts on each of two pages. One has the last line at the bottom of the page cut off by the copy machine. The other has the entire second page missing. I'm teaching Kaloola to a student and would like to play the second banjo part as composed as accompaniment. Thanks!

p.s:

C notation would be great. I just now found a clean A notation version on banjothimble.com but it is too large to print. At least I can't work out how to do it.
