Chris Sands has it published in one of his books. I believe TBjs stuff is still in copyright.
Edit: if you google "Jazzbo's Holiday", you'll get a link to the 'ebook' site where you can download the whole book. Oddly enough, there are "preview pages" which encompass the entire score/TAB for Jazzbo's Holiday. I don't know how to capture it, but one could at the very least, copy it down.
Well, I've been at it for a few days now and this one is turning out to be more difficult than it looks. In essence it is a pretty simple piece, but I'm finding parts of it quite awkward to play, especially the rapid, back-and-forth chord changes starting at measure 18. It's catchy as hell, though.
