After Thunderbolt Rag, this is another weather themed tune. I could find nothing about the composer which is a pity because this definitely a cut above the usual standard for ragtime music and more music from him would have been good to see. To my ears it has a hint of Joplin in it. The use of the grace notes (which could be omitted) gives it an extra lift. The score and midi are in the library...Steve.
