Grimshaw-Chopin Nocturne in Eb

I have Emile Grimshaw's Plectrum Playing For Modern Banjoist's, which finishes off with a magnificent arrangement of Chopin's famous Nocturne in Eb, which I recorded and also made a video of...

But...

I can't find it - searched every room in the house, overturned every pile of books. It's not here.

I want to play the piece again. The book is impossible to find online. Has anyone got just this one piece?

I have a couple of plectrum tutor books but rummage through my piles of music has nor turned up Grimshaw's.
