This is a well written 'novelty' tune which, as the title suggests, I would describe as cakewalk meets the Irish! I've done a significant amount of rewriting and amending to arrive at what I think is a very good  banjo solo. The piano score was in G/C  but C/F better fits the banjo. It has plenty of variety including a nice bass solo in the trio...Steve.
