This a well written composition and is a great example of classic ragtime that ticks all the ragtime boxes. Marzian wrote 16 pieces of music including four rags but he was better known as a music publisher rather than a composer. Including this one, I've arranged three of those rags with the final one, Angel Food rag on my to do list. The score and midi are in the library...Steve.
