Thank you! It wasn't perfect but it was my first time performing in front of lots of people and I had fun!!

Hi Mr. Jody! Thank you. That was my music teacher at my elementary school playing piano but my banjo teacher Mr. Aaron wrote the piano piece for the song. I had fun playing a duet because that was the first time I got to play a duet with somebody. It was cool.

That was superb!  I hope that all the class mates appreciated the time, practice and effort that went into such a fine performance!

I hope that there are more videos.

5*****  from me.

Well I think the piano score was good and that your school music teacher has good rhythm. One small correction, Dante, if you don't mind: what you played was not a "song". Songs have words. Songs are sung. What you played was an "instrumental" or a "banjo solo" or a "piece of music" or other names. But "song" is the word for an item of vocal music. Some people will think I am being fussy. Maybe so but I think it matters enough to get it right. Some people will call the instrument you played a "guitar".  It may not be the worst mistake in the world but it's silly. That's a banjo.

And I should add that of course, you also have good rhythm, excellent rhythm. I mentioned the teacher because so often in the past accompanists have played mechanically or worse. This pianist is actually listening to the banjo and that is a fine thing.

Well done, Dante!

I also appreciated the piano work. Very good accompanist and very complementary to your performance...that is sadly rare these days.

I hope we hear more from you. Perhaps some banjo duets with Mr. Aaron?
