That is some arrangement! A lot of work goes into producing scores like this from piano scores, imagine how much comes from listening to a piano roll and arranging for banjo from that!

And then there is learning it too!!!

not at all ; but Pete Wendling is . Take an eye on you_tube  to the piano  ' roll recorded by him in 1919 ; it 's swinging fantastically . I 've tried to stay close from what he was playing  but it 's not easy with only 5 strings _ because the LH / RH of the piano always do rythm & melodic  responses . In fact , on the banjo , you have got to choose the good notes , the ones " sounding " and let fall the others and adding 4 notes ' chords , too
