Massa's in the Cold Cold Ground - Foster

Who said you can't play a sad song on the banjo? There are days when even the banjo can't be happy.

I haven't practised this one at all; I just felt inspired to play it today. After I play the plucked intro, I put on a rubber violin mute for the tremolo part.

Awesome skills. I need to keep on working on mine as my endurance started to break down after about 2 minutes, which is when I started to sound choppy and making mistakes.

nice tremolo Mike ,i think i will hire a jack hammer and dig the road up for a week . then maybe i could do it .its a big maybe
