Another favorite...and again, well played! I have always thought that there should be a prequel to go with these two (Darkie's Dream, Darkies Awakening) but I guess something like "Drowsy Dempsey" fills the bill.

There is "Darkies Patrol" but that is a parade, sort of final chapter.

Eli published a different arrangement of "Darkie's Dream" in C in the 5 Stringer by Bickford with a nice article on how Lansing came up with it.  The intro is more elaborate and it makes use of more of the neck.  I did not give a try past a quick read through.  I've got a lot in the "to work up" stack-- perhaps I'll play with that one too.

I usually play the normal version of Darkie's Dream before this one-- they go well together.
