A Site Dedicated to all enthusiasts of Classic Style Banjo
A fine early 20th-century rag by Paul (not Brian!) Eno.An amazing banjo by Eric Stefanelli.
A reminder of Eric’s great banjo.
Wonderful! I've lost count how many times I've watched this. I must have been learning it for something like 8 years now. Each year a few new notes!
Thanks, Daniel. It's a fun, though difficult, piece to play. Good luck with it!
I have been working on it too - it's way too hard for me!
Thanks, Karen. Speaking as a teacher, I have to say that one common fault with almost all students is in attempting to play pieces that are too hard for them. It just leads to frustration and negativity. So I hope you are also working slowly through a good book such Elias’s School or similar, taking you step by step? If not, I recommend doing so. The Mel Bay Method for the Banjo is also excellent, and I have recorded sound files of all the pieces in it. See https://robmackillop.net/bradbury-studies/
‘Ellis’ not Elias!
