An exercise in squeezing the sentimental pips out of the banjo, or as Richard Ineson suggests:
The African Harp :-)

Richard Ineson recently posted the "At Sunset" score with a challenge to produce the most sentimental performance... so here is my entry.

Richard... what is the prize???

I apologise for the couple of cheats in the editing, but I have not had much time to practise it and to play all the way through without bursting into tears is almost impossible :-)

TKX , Ian ; for this beautiful playing & mood of the recording.......... The 1st price is a Chinese ' banjo ; of course the metal parts of it are made from Russian steel the Chinese buyed at low price from Russia ( ex USSR ) ; steel is from ex Russian ' nuclear submarines and  if you measure the radioactivity with a counter , better is your CE..................
