At A Georgia Camp Meeting Sinclair Winans

1897 Song by Kerry Mills. Dan Sinclair (lead) and Bob Winans (second), around 1984. In the early '80s I was doing a lot of research at libraries in NYC, and Dan offered to let me stay at his sculpture studio. In return, each evening I had to play second parts for his solos. After a while, we decided it would be fun to record some of our efforts. The only recording equipment at hand was a cheap boom-box, so there is a bit of distortion. Herewith, the first installment from “The Sinclair-Winans Tapes.”
