This was found by a friend sitting at the back of his airing cupboard and had been there for at least 40 years. Apart from a good clean and a new head, its in original condition. Its a bit of a hybrid having a Windsor Premier hoop and a Popular number one arm. I think this one is quite early, it doesn't look as though any of the metal work has ever been nickel plated.
